    “Maggie is a retired racing greyhound that joined our family 6 years ago.  She did not know what affection was when she first came to us.  Also, Maggie has always been pretty jealous and competitive with our male greyhound, Myles, and she is very territorial about our bed.  I contacted Karin to try to get to the bottom of Maggie’s behavior.   Wow!  I can only say that the phone call was a mind opener.  Karin immediately picked up on a tremendous sadness in Maggie.  Karin found out that Maggie felt very unhappy and lonely after being taken from her mom and litter mates prematurely at a very young age.  Then, Karin asked me if anyone recently had been gone a lot or away from Maggie.  I was stunned because at that time my husband, Steve, had been working a lot of overtime and had a crazy schedule.  Maggie is “his girl” and it was upsetting her that he was gone so much.  She was worried that she was going to lose this family as well.  Karin indicated that Maggie was having trouble letting us in and bonding with us for fear of losing us because she had lost all of the other dogs that she had grown close to before leaving the racing world.

     What has really amazed me is the change we have seen in Maggie’s attitude and behavior since the phone conversation with Karin.  Maggie is seeking attention and affection much more from Steve and me without showing jealousy towards the other dogs.  Today, she is much more relaxed and is able to be closer to us and more affectionate without the fear of losing us.  This is a HUGE change.  I can no longer describe her as “aloof at times”, and I am so thankful and grateful for that!  Since the phone conversation I have made a much deeper emotional connection with Maggie and we have a much closer relationship without her abandonment fears.  I am very grateful to Karin for helping my husband and me to deepen our relationship with our beautiful, sweet girl.”

     When I had you ask Murphy were it hurt and she said between the shoulder blades and the base of the neck, I went home and checked her.  She had a gash in that exact spot.  Wow—I was a believer before—but I’m really a believer now.”

     "If anyone ever needs to know why your animal companion is acting up or isn't feeling good, or there is a change in your job and you see a difference I recommend Karin HIGHLY!  The first reading I had with her was over the phone and I was very apprehensive about it.  Just couldn't see how it was going to work.  BUT IT DID!

      She said things that only I would have known.  She told me my cat Cleo was hurting in her back, I took her to the vet and found out she had a bladder infection.  Found out Spencer my Min. Wirehaired Dachshund mix didn't like his bath and didn't like the stuff I used on him.  Now how did she know I had giving him a bath 3 days before?  And also he feels like he was put here to make people laugh.  (And you do when you see him.)  Karin knew the minute she saw him who he was without telling her.  He showed her a picture of a cartoon dog.  (Kind of like Benji.)   I have a German Shepherd and a Border Collie that she also has talked to and I could go on and on about the things that were said on that day about my 4 animal companions but I won't.  I do know I have sent many people to Karin and she has been a great help to all involved. I'm around a lot of different dogs everyday, and feel I know some of their problems.  But since meeting Karin and have talked to her many times this is by far the best thing since sliced bread having Karin here to help us.  I wish I could have her here everyday.  Now I have a NEW Border Collie and will be talking with Karin again in a few weeks.  Can't wait.  Don't hesitate a minute to have a reading done over the phone, because I can honestly tell you IT WORKS!"

     “THANK YOU so very much for a very productive consultation this afternoon!!!! With actual demolition and construction four months out, it never occurred to me that the planning stages of remodeling of the kitchen would be so threatening and upsetting to Katie the cat....

      The ripping out is going to take place where her food is stored and where she eats and drinks. No wonder she is so angry and upset. During the last week, her behavior has caused me much concern. She has been lethargic, and when I try to pet her, she runs from me and hides with wide-eyed anxiety. I truly think that the intervention you did today in identifying the problem prevented a major health crisis. With her 20 plus years on this earth, she is not keen about anything in her world changing. And I am sure she also had issues about her physical safety. Now that we all understand that everything is going to be better in the end, we can work on the project together. Tonight, Katie is much more relaxed and back to her demanding self.
